Rainbow Foundation was established in February, 2006. We are a small scale NGO working with underprivileged children in Sihanoukville, Cambodia. Our purpose is to provide the tools these children need to build themselves a brighter future.Orphan house in Sihanoukville Cambodia - Housing and taking care of over 20 orphans is a registered Cambodian Charity NGO 751, the Rainbow Foundation.
